HI All
The last days are were so profound. We meditated for very long periods of time.It was neat how we would meditate come back out and then very quickly go back in. We found we got very deep and this was a very profound experience. I have learnt alot of about life and meditation from MY and I am so grateful. Now the challenge is to integrate this at home and into my everyday life. One thing that happens is that all the karma that was cleared that in effect changes you life will happen to me when I arrive home.MY says you never know how you life changes but many things that will happen do not happen. You can affect you life for the better.Anytime spent in meditation will positively affect your life and make the negative karma things that much less harder. Less intense are the lows and highs. Life becomes more equal...equanimous.
I left Malaysia on Thursday night and went to Singapore. What a beautiful place that is. The airport is incredible. I stayed in a hotel called the Changi village. What a neat hotel there was a window in the shower. Cool buttons to remote all things in the room. I left there at 3am so I got only a few hours sleep but I wanted to get to the airport early to check in. I could not get Internet anywhere as when I signed up the password to open was to sent to my phone but it did not happen. Country code problem.
In Japan my flight to Toronto was cancelled so I was put back on Singapore Airlines to go to LA and then on to Toronto. Well it was an adventure. The best was me trying to figure out how to work the seat. Well it looked like a skit from Mr Bean. I laughed so hard my sides hurt. It was a lovely flight and I did sleep. I then got home at 2:30am Saturday morning. I then went to work. Still pretty tired with jet lag. Got up this morning for practice.Had a nap in the afternoon.
Miss the heat, food and Meditating with MY.Happy to be home with my family.
All the best in your CFQ practice. I know now it is so much more for me. A way to connect with the emptiness and see many Truths.
